Polly Holliday

Decatur Square, Bandstand
101 E Court Square, Decatur, GA 30030

Polly Holliday is a Decatur, Georgia-based original rock and roll band founded in 2020. Seeking solace and release during the pandemic, this group of neighbors and friends first came together to create their “unique brand of joy-fueled rock and roll.”
Polly Holliday released its first single, “Turn Your Head Around” in January 2024 and is releasing its studio album in the Spring of 2024. Members of Polly Holliday have shared the stage with folk-rock luminary Michelle Malone and Grammy Award winners The Blind Boys of Alabama.

Polly Holliday is fronted by female vocalist Beth Kelhoffer whose energetic performances have drawn comparisons to 10,000 Maniacs and Neko Case. Polly Holliday also includes Mike Spinello on rhythm guitar and vocals, Danny Santivasci on lead guitar, Josiah Burnett on bass, and Bradley Jacobsen on drums.

Polly Holliday is a stalwart supporter of Amplify My Community, a non-profit organization that has raised and donated over a half million dollars to local community organizations offering support for the homeless and impoverished. Amplify’s funds are raised through the production of music festivals and concerts— and have featured acts such as Lucinda Williams, Jeff Tweedy, Mavis Staples, The Indigo Girls, and St. Paul and the Broken Bones, Patty Griffin, Ben Harper, Son Volt, and Old Crow Medicine Show. Members of Polly Holliday have donated more than a dozen performances to Amplify.
