“Earth Reflections” with Majid Araim

This workshop in score building is based off of the microsounds comprising an environment. We will spend time listening to the sound environment of the space we occupy, and as a group, isolate the individual sounds making it up. We will then compose and perform a score exploring how many small elements combine to create a larger whole, leaving space to consider our relationships to the elements of our own experience.
