The Decatur Arts Festival brings the community together through a multi-day offering of live music, dance, comedy, theatrical performances, kids’ fest, exhibitions, and an expansive and diverse artists’ market.

A central address for the Downtown Decatur area is “101 East Court Square, Dectur, GA 30030”. However, street closures will be in place and prevent direct access to the Decatur Square. See the festival map here.

The festival will be held rain or shine!
Yes, you can bring your four-legged friend! They must remain leashed at all times and owners should use discretion, as the festival will be crowded and not all dogs are comfortable with high volume spaces.
YES! We encourage festival-goers arriving from the North, West, or South to use the “Indian Creek” Blue Line train, exiting at the “Decatur” station. Additionally, “MARTA Reach” is a pilot program servicing Belvedere Park. Find more information about that program here.
Food trucks and beverage vendors are located on East Court Square, or take your pick from Decatur’s many award-winning restaurants, pubs, cafés and fast food restaurants.
Yes, Kids’ Fest is on Saturday, May 6, from 10am-2pm at the Decatur Recreation Center, 231 Sycamore St. See the map here.

We would love for you to apply! Artists are encouraged to follow the Decatur Arts Festival on Facebook and the Decatur Arts Alliance Instagram to stay up-to-date about the application process. Applications are typically available between November and January on zapplication.org.
We encourage you to walk, take MARTA to the Decatur Station, bike to Downtown Decatur, or utilize ridesharing options. Paid street parking is available in the festival vicinity, as well as multiple paid parking decks. Refer to the festival parking map here for specific parking locations.

Posters are available NOW at the Decatur Arts Alliance, located at 113 Clairemont Avenue. During the event, visit the “Merchandise” tent on the Square to purchase festival posters and t-shirts.
