Christine Baum is a visual artist who interprets the allegories and icons of American culture. Baum employs several printmaking methods, from the singular monotype to the infinite pattern of block printing, to accomplish a unified visual language. She is a dedicated storyteller, holding degrees in both library science and printmaking. She studied printmaking and illustration at Binghamton University, the Art Students League of New York, and the National Academy Museum and School.
