Join the fun and help us kick off the Children’s Arts Festival. Line up at 9:45 am at the corner of Church Street and Commerce Drive. Dress up your wheels (stroller, bike, wagon) in true Decatur style and roll along with our own Decatur Fire Department, Carrie McQueen the stilt walker and more. The parade will lead you to the festival.
